Question #1:
Why does my Traxxas RC Car keep breaking?
I own an Electronic Traxxas Stampede that is new. I got mine at Pep Boys and said there was a 30-day warranty on it. So, i take it out and everything's fine. I decide to catch some air off of a skateboard ramp. The truck would only get about 4-feet of air and would land in grass. What happened is the truck landed after 20+ times than made a loud clicking noise every time i gave it gas. It wouldnt move at all. I think that it was the slipper clutch but i took it back and barely got a new one. Pep Boys was not happy. Now, i've had a brand new one for two weeks. I've been runnin it top speed down streets and taking good care of it. Then, i make a ramp the same height as the old one and drive it off. I did it about 30 times then it started clicking again. This time, it sounds in the transmission, and i took apart the motor and the slipper clutch is fine. I cant return it now. What did i do? How can i fix it?Question #2:
is my skateboard really that bad?
had my skateboard two years and its a 'voltage pro complete'. its was 40£ and I really like it. I cant do anything on anyone elses boards bu on mine I can do 50-50 grinds on ramps, tailstall, axel stall, impossible, rockfakey 360 kickturn, indi grab, air a 4ft spine etc and more drop in 7ft. so basically Im not too bad on my board but everyone says I should get a new one which is.... normal. should I keep mine which works for me or learn to ride normal skateboards? mine is normal ish but the deck is a wierd shape for most peopleQuestion #3:

Question #6:
what type of understanding of physics can help me with this?
i love to skateboard...and tbh im not that good yet but i inspire to be and skate everydaytheres a skater called rodney mullen...hes legendary and known as pretty much the best skater ever
well to me he is
heres a vid of him
now the reason i asked this question is because hes into math and physics and i did a lil research and looked at more vids of him skating and i realized that his vast knowledge of physics may help his skating
i wanted to also try studying physics not just to help my skating but also learn new things about how things work...so i was wondering where should i start my study what sources (books websites etc.) and more importantly which branch or sub subject of physics would be beneficial for understanding skating more and tricks (im into street and flat ground btw like rodney mullen...not really ramps and stuff even tho there alot of physics behind that as well)
ima start my research thanks to everyone that gave suggestions so many good answers i cant pick a best lol

ok, so me and my dad are thinking of building a mini ramp for skateboarding, and i was wondering what material/paint would be be for layering it. The shoes I would wear are Chuck Taylor Converse High Tops.
I Also have some Reebok DJ shoes

Question #10:
Is Learning to surf on a shortboard good if u have some experience?
I am about 5ft 10in 120lbs and 17 so im pretty light but i am fit so i was wondering if i could start surfing on a short board or fish/swallow tail board. i know long boards are best and foamies but im more aggressive and have some experience since i........ have skateboarded for real not pose an as well bmx freestyle for real at a skate park and was fairly good, and curently i longboard not water but skate longboard, and at that i am pretty good i slide 180 backside slides 360 and carve or all that good stuff as well as DH well florida hills, and to add to all this i have riddin the flow rider at the adrenalina store which is a indoor surf simulator with water and a fairly big wave or ramp and also jet ski and indo board and im not any pro at these things but a newbie i am not either, but since that i do have balance especially for flow riding and indo and long boarding which flow riding is closest to surfing to me and i can stand up a ride intill i turn and bail but i figured why not learn on a shortboard i do want to get aggresive like longboarding i do the surfing moves like kicking out the tail and sliding and stuff and also know and have the posture for surfing so would it be good to learn on a shortboard not a thruster but something short like a thruster or gun but for small 1ft to 6ft waves btw i am in Floridas gulf coast so the season is near well here no hurricanes yet. Also a biggie which i think will help me allot is that i have skimboarded not like walmart boards but zap pros and sol and zap carbon skimboards which i have had all thanks to my luck of buying them for $15 yes the carbons to but i have sold and made a very nice easy profit, but yeah i do know i haven't wave rided much just trick but i can throw and get on all i need is the on shore waves which i haven't been lucky to get when i ride but i know how to and so im now beginner at all these things just and average am i guess so going into surfing i would be a novice rider since i know all the basics just need practice.
also i have looked at b.a.t. surfboards and just small brands i guess local but 6'3 boards with the swallow bat or fish tail nothing for big waves just for florida. i am a fast learner and have the athleticism to ride a short board and now what comes with them so any suggestions should i? tips?
and to add i will be possibly riding with friends that surf maybe and also a uncle i know that surfs pretty well. just tell me what u think tips sugestions and cheap and used brands i can buy.....
also please forgive grammar and all the blah blah blah which maybe be confessing just trying to sum it all up;)

I only dropped in at a ramp/bowl at skatepark lots of times and i fall each time... the attempts to drop in scares me out of my mind. i no its fear that screws me up, so how can i overcome fear of ramps?Question #15:
Should I quit skateboarding ?
Ok, I've been skating for about 2 and a half years or maybe a little bit more, but I am still not good ! I can only skate flatground, and I barely go to my local skatepark, because it is on the other side of town. This is why I can't really practice skating ramps and other stuff like that. The only tricks I can do is an ollie, pop shove it, a very ugly kickflip/varial kickflip, and im currently working on landing a frontside pop shove it moving. I know I really suck, considering the lack of tricks i can do and how i am only able to skate on flatground. I'm starting to think that maybe skateboarding just isn't for me. Besides, I'm sort of the kind of person that gets scared to get hurt/injured badly, which isn't good for me, since i really want to be able to skate over gaps, stairs, handrails, and HUGE drops. Yet, I still find myself on youtube watching skate videos of the pro's, even though I frequently think about quitting because i'm just not as good as i wish/expected to be, and i've been skating for almost 3 years. It's very irritating when I see my friends that can skate, who haven't been skating for as long as i have, who can already do more advanced tricks than i can and could skate more than just plain flatground. What do you guys think I should do honestly ? Should I quit ??Question #16:
What angle should my mini ramp have?
I'm making a mini ramp to skateboard in my backyard. I want it about 3-4 feet tall. What angle should it have?Question #17:
What support for a skateboard ramp?
So i'mp making a little skate ramp and do you guys have an idea for support under the wooden plank?Question #18:
